FOLIATEC has just added three new colours to its already extensive range of Brake Caliper Lacquers. The brand new additions are glossy ‘neon red’, matt ‘combat green’ and glossy ‘GT-blue’.

It only takes a few steps to revitalise your car’s brake calipers. Just clean them, mix the lacquer with the activator and brush-on.

FOLIATEC®.com Brake Caliper Lacquers are chemically-activated to dry with a tough finish that is heat-resistant and seals and preserves the surface, thus permanently protecting the brake calipers against chemicals, rust and oil.

The calipers need to be clean before applying the lacquer and Foliatec thoughtfully supply a wire brush to remove any rust or crud and a can of Foliatec brake cleaner to ensure the surface is free from dirt, grease, oil and brake fluid.

They also supply a spatula and pot to mix the lacquer and activator, along with a paintbrush and a pair of disposable protective gloves to keep your hands clean. There’s no need to go searching round the garage – everything you need is included in the kit, which retails at just £27.99 inc VAT.
