EURO 6 FOR ZETEC BLACKTOP
German company CCK-Kempten run by Gunther Schleyer has, for many years, tirelessly promoted kit and specialist cars in their homeland, working on hundreds of Caterhams, BAC Monos, Ariel Atoms and Zenos E10s. I always enjoy talking to Gunther and particularly hearing his views on literally every make of specialist car, such is the variety and volume that have passed through his showroom over the years.
Gunther also acts as agents for Westfield Sports Cars and sells secondhand examples of many other specialist marques such as classic Ginetta models.
CCK tell me that they have just achieved EURO 6 emissions compliance for the Zetec Blacktop, which means that cars using the engine can now be registered for use on the road in Germany and other European states. Big news.
