TIME FLIES
Great news for kitcar owners with Toyota engines in their cars. Fidanza now offer a range of performance equipment for various Toyota models.
Lightweight Steel Flywheels
A brand new Lightweight Steel Flywheel channels more power to the wheels by reducing parasitic losses, as well as enabling smoother, faster gear-shifting and improved braking by reducing the rotational mass.
The 1045-forged billet steel combines strength and durability and is legal for use in racing categories where SFI is required. Fidanza flywheels are CNC-machined for accuracy, which ensures a perfect fitment with every item.
Fidanza Lightweight Steel Flywheels are available for:
Toyota Celica GT-S 00-05 1.8L 2ZZ-GE six-speed Part Number:330131
Toyota Corolla 04-06 1.8L 2ZZ-GE six-speed Part Number:330131
Short Throw Shifter
There are two new Short Throw shifters in the range. One for the Toyota Supra and one for the 1989-1995 (Mk2) Toyota MR2
Adjustable Vernier Cam Gears
Finally, there are new adjustable vernier cam gears for the 4A-GE and 3S-GTE engines, which allow the timing to be adjusted by 12-degrees of both advance and retard. Fidanza cam gears are designed to tighter tolerances than factory OE gears and are precision CNC- machined from high grade 6061 T6 aluminium for exact fitment and high durability.
Stainless steel studs are threaded through the back of the outer gear; the inner is placed into this and fastened with stainless steel nuts and lock washers. This design delivers optimal function and strength by allowing more torque to be used to secure the inner and outer gear sections without risking stretching the aluminium threads.
