VERY TRICK, INDEED
Trick Flow made its name helping Ford enthusiasts get more power out of their small block, 351 Cleveland, Modular, 429/460, and even flathead V8 engines. Now you can get Trick Flow horsepower for your 390-428 FE engine with a set of PowerPort 175 cylinder heads.
These heads are direct bolt-ons for all 1961-76 FE engines. The 175cc intake runners have been optimised to increase port velocity, while Trick Flow’s special CNC Ported treatment guarantees proper dimensional accuracy and balance between the cylinders.
The PowerPort 175 cylinder heads come fully assembled with stainless steel valves; Trick Flow by PAC Racing valve springs; 7° or 10° steel valve stem locks; and Chromoly or titanium retainers.
Trick Flow also offers a matching intake manifold for these heads. The Track Heat® single plane manifold features a high-rise, one-piece spider-type design with high flow extended runners and a raised plenum floor to significantly increase horsepower and torque in the 4000-7500 RPM range. The Track Heat manifold accepts Holley 4150 and other square bore-style carburettors have bosses for nitrous nozzles and extra material for custom port work.
