One of my favourite car care brands is Herefordshire-based Auto-Glanz, founded by Joe Partridge in 2013, since when the brand has become extremely popular within the detailing scene.

Two of their products I use regularly are Luminosity and Supernova. The former is a hybrid liquid wax that not only adds gloss – and lots of it – to your car’s surface but adds a nice bit of durability to it, too. A 250ml bottle costs £10.95 or a 500ml bottle comes in at £18.95.

Supernova, meanwhile, adds protection as well as gloss but is also great at removing pesky light swirl marks (I told you what might happen if you use fuel station car washes!) and a 250ml costs £8.95 with the 500ml bottle at £15.95.

I regularly turned to either of these products depending on the car and what I need to do and both are fixtures on my car care shelf and are highly recommended.

They are just two products in the growing Auto Glanz range hand-blended in the UK and sure you get funky colours and The Bodyshop-type lush smells but the products do exactly what they claim. I’m a fan.
