There are many identical features when it comes to the SA1001 and SA1002, they both have a textured finish which is to ensure you can get a good grip. They are mini by design so that they are perfect for working in confined areas, which is ideal for working around engines where space is limited.

They feature a twist reverse action and trigger operated power control. They also feature a rear exhaust with baffle for reduced noise levels. The SA1001 goes slightly further with this feature as it also has a safety throttle lever to stop accidental operation.

The main difference in these two products is that the SA1001 is a 2-in-1 Air ratchet ¼in Sq Drive head with 1/2in Sq Drive adaptor easily fitted on to the ball with a hex grub screw, hex key supplied.  Whereas the SA1002 is a Mini Air Ratchet Wrench with 3/8in Sq Drive.
