Page Automotive Group, established in 1906, has announced the acquisition of Marcos Heritage Spares Ltd.

Run by Rory MacMath, Marcos Heritage Spares owns the intellectual property and manufacturing rights, the vast majority of original moulds, jigs and tooling for all Marcos models from 1959 to 2001. The company also holds build files and original production drawings.

Page Automotive Group intend to invest in the regeneration and future developments of the brand along with maintaining its worldwide restoration, parts and servicing business.

Rory MacMath said: “I look forward to working with Page Automotive Group and I’m delighted that the Marcos brand, along with its current and future customer base, will be preserved and protected. The marque is one of the iconic British sportscar brands and I’m pleased that it has a great future ahead of it.”
