Vital Spark Group Ltd is pleased to announce that it has acquired the assets of Sebring International.

The acquisition will bring a number of synergies to both companies and provide an additional avenue for Vital Spark in pursuit of its mission to be the leader in the electrification of classic British sports cars. “We are very excited about this acquisition,” said Gary White, Rainmaker and Co-Founder of Vital Spark.

“Having owned and enjoyed a Sebring SX in the past, I have always admired the brand and enjoyed its driving experience. I am pleased that we can now ensure the longevity of this British brand through electrification and thrilled to have them as part of our family.”

The electrification of the Sebring roadster has been well received by classic car enthusiasts who are also delighted that their manufacture and assembly will continue in Britain. Current Sebring owners running combustion engines can be reassured that spares for their vehicles will continue to be available to them.

With manufacture remaining in-house Vital Spark can guarantee their quality and supply. To accommodate this acquisition and company growth, Vital Spark has recently moved its main assembly to a larger site, south of Stratford-Upon-Avon, which will enable them to take the Sebring brand forward.

Now we have settled into our new premises, production of the new Sebring E-Roadster series has begun in earnest.
