NO SMOKE MOTOR FOR MOKE
MOKE International has announced the introduction of the all-electric MOKE. Reservations can be made now with the first deliveries scheduled from Spring 2022.
From January 1, 2022, it will no longer be possible to order Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) MOKEs and customers wishing to acquire the last of these can do so through MOKE’s official UK distributor, the Hendy Group.
They reckon that nothing matches the thrill of traversing the world’s most beautiful beach resorts in an open-top MOKE. This experience is only made more fun through the instant and silent power delivery derived from an EV powertrain. Indeed, the new MOKE sprints to 60mph in under 4.5 seconds.
Maximum power of 33Kw proves plenty for a vehicle that weighs just 800kg. Range is fit for five round trips between Cap-Ferrat to Monaco or in my world that would equate to five round trips from TKC Mag HQ in Heathfield to Pevensey Bay!
All MOKEs can be ordered in right- or left-hand drive forms with prices starting at £34,980 inc VAT.
