Fel-Pro Performance Head Gaskets are composite gaskets reinforced with KEVLAR® reinforcement to withstand combustion pressures of 1500 to 3000 PSI. They are made with pre-flattened copper or steel rings for easy installation and excellent cylinder bore sealing. The anti-stick coating ensures easy removal and conforms to minor surface irregularities.

PermaTorque Head Gaskets
Fel-Pro PermaTorque Head Gaskets are composite-style gaskets with steel cores to help eliminate the need for retorquing head bolts. Graphite or reinforced fibre-facing material and steel armour provide strength and durability. PermaTorque head gaskets compress during installation to conform to and seal minor surface imperfections, but return to proper compressed thickness during engine operation. The result is excellent clamping force and a secure seal without retorquing.

Fel-Pro PermaTorque MLS Head Gaskets feature multiple layers of steel, sealing beads and advanced polymer coatings to maintain proper contact pressure between the cylinder head and the block deck surface. Unlike other multi-layer steel head gaskets, PermaTorque MLS gaskets have a proprietary blue coating that accommodates a wider range of surface finishes.

Performance PermaTorque MLS Head Gaskets
Fel-Pro Performance PermaTorque MLS Head Gaskets have four to five layers of stainless steel plus a patented LaserWeld stopper layer that limits gasket compression for a better seal. Sealing beads around the combustion chamber and cooling passages concentrate clamp load in the most critical areas.
