I ran out of my preferred metal polishes the other day and only had a tube of T-Cut Original Metal Polish to hand that they’d sent me to try so I put that through its paces.

Actually, I was pleasantly surprised at the way it removed grease and heavy oxidation from the copper saucepan I was trying to clean. It can also be used on chrome, nickel, stainless steel, aluminium amongst others and it also gave the pan a bit of shine and lustre.

I’ve subsequently used it on a tarnished exhaust pipe along with Meguiar’s All Purpose Cleaner and it worked very well, but more on that in a separate feature, very soon.
