AVOID HEAT SOAK WITH DEI
Both performance and factory fuel injectors can be at risk of vapour-lock due to hot fuel or heat soak resulting in a rough idle, slow starting, stalling or other potential serious engine problems.
DEI has solved the problem with its Fuel Injector Reflective Heat Covers that reflect direct and radiant heat away from the injectors. Cooler fuel injectors will perform more efficiently and offer a more consistent throttle response.
The covers are made from high-temperature rated glassfibre material bonded to a heat-reflective aluminised material. DEIs Fuel Injector Heat Covers can be used on most engine configurations that utilise factory or aftermarket fuel injectors.
Installation is a breeze as the injectors do not have to be removed. The covers are made with a split design that allows them to wrap around each individual injector before being secured with a sewn-in hook and loop fastening edge.
