A new fuel hose from Merlin Motorsport will help with the introduction of E10 and the possible harmful effects to pre-2011 engines fitted to kitcars.

The hose is from German manufacturer COHLINE – rated to DIN 73379 Type B and is suitable for petrol and diesel including E10 rated fuel with up to 50 per cent Benzol. It is excellent quality and will resist the additives now put into modern fuels.

Merlin Motorsport can supply very neat little stainless steel fuel hose clips to secure the pipes. They’ll also heat shrink the ends of the hose, or you can do this at home, to keep them neat and tidy and prevent the braiding from fraying.
